This crime programme by Peter R. de Vries has been on television for over 17 years. In the programme, reconstructions are made of unsolved murder cases and other crimes, to look for possible solutions and to share backgrounds with the public. Peter R. presents new facts from his own research, testimonials and revealing reports that several times lead to cases being given a new impulse or even being resolved. His well-known broadcasts are the reports about the relationship between Mabel Wisse Smit and Klaas Bruinsma and the report about the computer of public prosecutor Tonino. The most famous is undoubtedly the revealing report on the Natalee Holloway case. This episode received worldwide attention and even earned the programme an Emmy Award.
