Vanwege het Chinese Nieuwjaar dat in januari 2020 gevierd wordt, is er bij de autoriteiten de angst voor een verspreiding op grote schaal. Wuhan gaat totaal op slot. De gevolgen van de uitbraak in China maken we nu in Nederland mee. Een rampscenario dat werkelijkheid is geworden. Hebben we dit al eerder en op deze schaal meegemaakt?
